This agreement is a non-consumer professional contract for leadership, emotional, and spiritual transformation. Elucidas LLC programs are results-based engagements, not products.
Client agrees not to initiate any chargeback or payment reversal through their bank, PayPal, Stripe, or any financial institution. Attempting a chargeback constitutes breach of contract, triggering:
If a chargeback is attempted, the Company will provide the signed Agreement and proof of deliverables to the bank and will pursue full legal remedy.
If Client enters into a payment plan, Client is legally responsible for completing all payments, regardless of participation. Failure to fulfill payments will result in:
We do not guarantee results. You are responsible for showing up, doing the work, and applying the tools. The Company provides proven systems, not passive consumption.
All digital access is delivered immediately upon purchase. For this reason, refunds are legally and economically impossible.
